	Value 3 Palm Trees Our value rating describes an attractive property that is clean and in very good condition. Locations may be farther from town or activities. Ocean views may be limited or obstructed. Furnishings and appliances are well kept, clean and adequate. A small garden or sundeck area. Swimming pools can be found near by. These properties offer a high level of service.
	Deluxe 4 Palm Trees Our deluxe rating indicates a delightful and very well-kept property in a great location. Furnishings and appliances are of good quality. External amenities include an adequate amount of decking and splash pool or Jacuzzi. Their ocean views may be limited. These properties offer a high level of service.
	Luxury 5 Palm Trees Our luxury rating represents very high quality properties in prime locations with fabulous ocean views. Their superior furnishings and appliances are in excellent condition. External amenities are first class and include substantial terracing and a private swimming pool. These properties offer a very high level of service.
	Premier 6 Palm Trees Our premier rating is reserved for outstanding properties which we consider offer the utmost in luxury. They are distinguished by their first-rate locations, incomparable ocean views, highest quality furnishings and appliances, exceptional outdoor amenities which include extensive terracing and private swimming pool, impeccable condition, and excellent service.

When inspecting properties to be included in our Portfolio, we take into account the above criteria. Please note that any properties that are below our three palm tree level are not, in our opinion, suitable for inclusion in our Portfolio. We intend to offer our clients the very best of properties available and we guarantee a high level of service in all of the above ratings through our partner company Villa Management Ltd.

When rating a property we also include our own professional, personal impression, this means that we use our experience and expertise when rating each individual property. This does mean that properties are not guaranteed to include all of the items contained in each category as some properties may have an outstanding feature which we feel would be much appreciated by our clients and will therefore be rated accordingly.
