263 Palm Beach is a newly built 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa situated on the breathtaking coral sands of Palm Beach, Jolly Harbour. Set in beautiful landscaped gardens with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. The island of Montserrat can clearly be seen with spectacular views of the volcano.
The house was designed by Kerry Werth and his wife Charmaine through their company 'd studio' based in St Johns. The brief was to design a property in keeping with local architecture using an open plan construction to enable the natural weather conditions to help cool the house. All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning.
The Beach house is situated on the South Beach of Jolly Harbour. Jolly Harbour, the largest man-made marina in the Caribbean, is on the southwest coast of Antigua. There are various bars and restaurants and even a casino with regular entertainment. Jolly Harbour has an 18 hole golf course, Olympic size swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, as well as one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Jolly Harbour also boasts a fully stocked large supermarket with everything you could possibly need.
This magnificent property, which also features a roof terrace with colourful tropical plants, is a wonderful choice for a relaxing beachside holiday for a family or a group of friends
